The Support Department staff is always looking for ways to improve the experience of our writers and build a community for everyone who works with us. They listen to writer feedback and customer comments, and they research best practices in the industry. The newest updates to our admin panel on our website will launch RWC into nearly real-time communications. The panel will soon indicate whether the customer is logged on. This will permit messaging with speed and efficiency. Of course the customer must be interested in engaging in such an exchange for this to take place.
In those instances wherein customers are willing to communicate, this innovation will definitely open up possibilities. Writers can speed the process of clarifying instructions, offering suggestions, submitting drafts, and requesting additional materials. Customers will be able to communicate more directly with their writers.
In addition to this ground-breaking innovation, we are implementing changes to clarify the status of individual orders for writers. This will save time and confusion. We are also taking steps to equalize access to accrued earnings for writers at all stages of their relationship with RWC.
Furthermore, we can now provide detailed feedback to applicants regarding potential plagiarism. For those writers with the legitimate talent and ability to do this job, but perhaps possessing less experience, such hints should help them to self-edit over-used phrases, and submit an entirely original piece of writing. This is an important skill and aptitude, and one which we need to see demonstrated. Writers who do not possess such abilities are unlikely to be able to correct problems even after they have been highlighted.
