Austin, TX (prHWY.com) November 26, 2011 - W G Software, Inc. developers of the Tenant File Property Management Software have announced a new ACH service for Tenant File customers. This service is in partnership with Revo Payment Services, a leader in ACH processing.

Paul Toller, VP of Marketing says "The DirectPAY feature allows our customer base to accept tenant rents online and quickly transfer funds to owners and vendors. This capability has been requested frequently and we are happy to provide this excellent service to our clients".

With DirectPAY, tenants can go online to a webpage branded with the property manager's logo. There they can pay their rent using an eCheck, Credit Cards, or by setting up a recurring payment. The money is transferred to the Property Manager's account, so that the rent is on time with no 'check in the mail' excuses. Each day, the Tenant File checks for tenant rent payments, downloads them, and allows the user to post them automatically to the Tenant File ledgers, including charges for management fees.

Additionally, the Tenant File can create checks to Owners and Vendors, and automatically transfer the funds to the bank accounts of Owners and Vendors. This great feature eliminates the need to mail payments and insures quick delivery.
