Hinkley, CA (prHWY.com) December 3, 2011 - The People of Hinkley, CA have commenced forming Group No.2 and 3, (Group 2 in mass tort lawsuit and group 3, consisting of several business owners, individually and on multi-grounds) being all of those, not an Ex Parte from the prior lawsuit, east of Summerset Rd., construed as new Plaintiffs, and will watch like a hog and photograph any one from PG&E Corp., whether being an employee, or from retained by PG&E consultants, who are mingling with any water well, whether is an injection, or a testing, or a monitoring.

Recently, thereafter mingling with monitoring well No. 115 S, on Dixie Road, (by injecting in well...) which exhibited 4.8 ppb of Cr6+, certain representatives from PG&E had the nerve to ask all of the water wells /real property's owners, along Lenwood Road, to perform testing of their wells and real property for CR6+.

This corrupted act, for over two decades, has caused ongoing and constant fraudulent dilution of the Cr6+ plume, thus has shown substantially lower concentration in ppb and is construed as an act to defraud the People, thus it is not only alleged, but it is construed as a criminal act, based upon myriads of evidentiary.

Any one from PG&E, whether an employee, or from a retained consulting firm, who is attempting to seek
testing of the People's wells/properties, will be thrown-out from the People's property and the People will call the local law enforcement officers and seek their presence, in the event of an imminent confrontation.

Attn: All Governmental Agencies delegated with oversight and law enforcement.
The People of Hinkley are hereby giving their final warning to all agencies, that the People will escalate their actions to fight PG&E Corporation on a criminal platform, in addition to civil (mass tort) lawsuits.
