Bubble Hut Inc may be a small fledgling business but owners Denaige and Keith McDonnell believe that should not stop them from being charitable.

When asked to help out with fundraisers Bubble Hut very rarely says no. This all started in 2006 when Denaige was asked to donate a small basket to a local school fundraiser. Denaige was more than happy to donate and ever since it's become a regular part of business for Bubble Hut.

Keith McDonnell boasts the ability to raise funds without inflating prices to customers. "I think we have all bought a $3 box of almonds before and wondered why we just didn't donate $2 and skip the almonds altogether" chuckles Keith.

Keith believes that charitable giving is about truly giving, not just passing the cost on to customers. "This year we've raised over $500 for two schools and donated over $1000 worth of product for various fundraising events. This comes directly from our profits. I don't think Bubble Hut should take credit if all we were doing was collecting money and passing it on" says Keith.

If you do not think $1500 in donations is impressive, consider Bubble Hut has done less than $100 000 in sales this year.
