Charlie Sheen Named Dumbest Celebrity of 2011

In a recent poll conducted on Dumb.com, Charlie Sheen was named the dumbest celebrity of 2011. For this distinguished honor, he beat out such other celebs as Lindsay Lohan, Miley Cyrus, and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
