Senator Claire McCaskill (SOPA Co-Sponsor) Lifts Image From Flickr User

Senator Claire McCaskill's Twitter page uses a background image from a Flickr user who has placed restricted usage (attribution required) on his images.

Jefferson City, MO (prHWY.com) January 13, 2012 - With the recent news of Congressman Lamar Smith's (SOPA Author) alleged copyright violation (http://www.vice.com/read/lamar-smith-serial-copyright-violator), many members of Congress are now being placed under the microscope.

Senator Claire McCaskill, SOPA Co-Sponsor, is currently using an image for her Twitter background that was taken by a Flickr user who placed restricted rights on that particular image.

Under SOPA's current revision, Claire McCaskill's Twitter page could be taken down immediately or even worse, Twitter.com through DNS manipulation.
