Noah's Ark Animal Welfare Association running Valentine's Day campaign to benefit sheltered animals

Ledgewood, NJ (prHWY.com) January 18, 2012 - Noah's Ark Animal Welfare Association is running a Valentine's Day campaign in which individuals can sponsor a sheltered animal in honor of that special person or pet in your life. With a $20 Pet Pal sponsorship, the person will receive a rose with an attached embellished tag with the name of the sheltered animal they've chosen to sponsor. In turn, the sponsored pet will have a valentine placed on his/her kennel. The Valentine's Pet Pal sponsorships will be available from February 10 - February 14.

"Everyone deserves a Valentine," says Todd Cramer, executive director of Noah's Ark Animal Welfare Association. "Even our sheltered animals. Maybe even more so because they don't yet have a permanent, loving home."

100% of the sponsorship money will go directly towards ensuring the loving, clean, and healthy environment of your sponsored pet.

Noah's Ark Animal Welfare Association will also have extended hours on Valentine's Day (February 14) for those who wish to adopt a new love.

"We encourage those wishing to give the gift of a pet for Valentine's Day to take advantage of our extended hours and to bring their valentine for a visit to select the pet of their choice. This allows us to help make the best match possible so that Fluffy or Fideaux is the love of a lifetime.


Noah's Ark is located at 1915 Route 46, Ledgewood. Normal business hours are:
Mon., Tues., Thurs., and Fri. from 12noon -5p.m. (closed Wednesdays)
Saturday and Sunday from 11a.m. - 3:30p.m.
Extended Valentine's Day hours are from 12noon - 8p.m.
