SIMA winter opens its doors for one more year

the winter edition of SIMA opens its doors for one more year, highlighting an increase in the number of expositors.

Calpe, Spain (prHWY.com) February 16, 2012 - During the last weekend of February celebrates, for one more year, the winter edition of SIMA.

The Fair celebrates on the next 24, 25 and 25th of February in the "Palco de Honor of the Santiago Bernabéu stadium".

This year there is a considerable increase of the number of expositors with an 16% increase comparing with last year.

What stands out is that the great majority of the expositors are banks or in it defect of the real-estate companies created by them.

Between the participants we will see companies like A.C.P. Level, Activitas, Adrisa, Afar-4, Altamira, Arjusa, Aurosol-Murelli, Básico Homes, CatalunyaCaixa Inmobiliaria, Finca Las Marías, Grupo Inmobiliario Ferrocarril, Grupo Mahersol, Grupo Prometeo, Habitat, Hercesa, Inmobiliaria Osuna, Jones Lang Lasalle, Juban Inmobiliaria, Key Mare, Libra Gestión, Madrid Gestión, Marsol Internacional, Os Molineros, Organización 2000, Pincasa, Proinlasa, Promogrado, Pryconsa, Quarto, Realia, Reyal Urbis, Roda Golf & Beach Resort, TM Grupo Inmobiliario, Vía Célere, y Woss.

During these 3 days the visitors will be able to see in the expositors more than 200 new building promotions and a Wide offer of re-sales, proceeding form the Capital and mainly from the coastal areas.

In the same time is expected that the number of visitors will be higher due to the big discounts offered, and also a growing number of reservations and sales comparing with last year.

Eloy Bohúa, the Managing Director of Planner Reed, the organizer of this event says that he is very pleased "with the great consent that the expositors have given this year"
