Tripp Lite announces Middle East release of two new Inverter/Charger models with pure sine wave output

The APSX1012SW and APSX2012SW offers users the advantages of more efficiency and longer lasting power for maximum equipment performance

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (prHWY.com) February 16, 2012 - Tripp Lite, a world-leading manufacturer of power protection and infrastructure equipment, has announced the Middle East launch of the APSX1012SW and APSX2012SW, two new inverter/chargers that have been specially designed with pure sine wave output capability. The latest models will give users the advantage of more efficiency with longer lasting power and maximum equipment performance. Both the APSX1012SW and APSX2012SW are being packaged as perfect complements for remote job sites, commercial vehicles and even environmentally friendly 'off-grid' applications like solar panels and wind turbines.

The new inverter/charger models comes with high efficiency sine wave output and has been designed to handle heavy duty requirements, The units can be easily installed and requires minimal maintenance. The APSX2012SW and APSX1012SW are available in both 1,000 and 2,000 watt models with an optional remote control that works from up to 10 metres distance. Both the Units have the standard Tripp Lite Inverter Double Boostâ„¢ & OverPower â„¢ feature, which allows them to handle peak power requirements, many tools and appliances that require brief bursts of power exceeding their continuous wattage ratings, either at startup, during use or both. Tripp Lite Inverters temporarily provide extra output power to handle these "peak surges" demand without shutting down.

The APSX2012SW is a 230V, 2000W PowerVerter APS INT inverter/charger with pure sine wave output that can reproduce wall power from a battery source without any power interference. The unit, which produces 2,000 watts continuous output with 4,000 watts peak output, comes with a selectable 8/80 amp wet/dry cell battery charger and seamless transfer switching. The APSX2012SW gives users strategic features like quiet, high efficiency operation combined with high surge capacity and low idle current.

Meanwhile, the APSX1012SW230V is a 1,000W PowerVerter APS INT inverter/charger that offers reliable 230V AC power, pure sine wave output and the ability to charge batteries. The unit produces 1,000 watts continuous output with 2000 watts peak output and comes with a selectable 4/40 amp wet/dry cell battery charger and seamless transfer switching.
