The programme highlighted is of total 8 days inclusive of training classes on special issues, on special optional focus on subjects, hobbies, state bio data , body language etiquettes, dress code etc. Apart from one to one personal guidance, individual live video recording and analysis of personal interviews and appropriate feedback and short study material on current affairs key areas. The entire mock interview similar to that of UPSC interviews are conducted by bureaucrats, eminent subjects experts, reputed faculties from universities and eminent personalities.
