Mr. Guthrie represented the legal profession and talked about the process of becoming a lawyer. Attorney Guthrie also talked to students about other careers in the law and how the law crosses into all careers. Mr. Guthrie had a table and students from different classes stopped by to be exposed to different careers. Attorney Guthrie's table was located near other careers such as dentist and preacher. Many students stopped by Mr. Guthrie to share their interest in the legal profession and ask questions that ranged from how many years in school it takes to become a lawyer to how much a lawyer typically makes a year. Attorney Guthrie was glad to be able to contribute to the school and students that were interested in pursuing a career in law. Mr. Guthrie was happy to have help along the way in his path of becoming a lawyer and like to be able to give back to others that had similar dreams.
