Newark, CA (prHWY.com) April 24, 2012 - The Hernandez Law Group, Inc. and Intero Real Estate in Fremont announce a monthly free seminar program for bay area homeowners struggling with keeping up with mortgage payments in the down economy.

Homeowners are invited to attend to learn all of the options that are available to help keep a home and make it more affordable, such as loan modification and bankruptcy. Attorneys will also discuss the tax consequences and credit ramifications of short sale vs. foreclosure, and explain how federal and state programs that expire at the end of 2012 will change the help available to homeowners.
