Fore School of Management, New Delhi Convocation 2012 with Chief Guest N. R. Narayana Murthy, Chairman Emeritus, Infosys Limited

FORE School of Management, New Delhi has scheduled its Convocation for Tuesday, May 8, 2012.

New Delhi, India (prHWY.com) May 8, 2012 - This Convocation is even more special on account of two reasons.

First, this year's Chief Guest is none other than Mr. N. R. Narayana Murthy, Chairman Emeritus, Infosys Limited - a legend whose name is synonymous with success of the Indian IT Industry. His is the brain that took Indian IT to a whole new level, making our country a power to reckon with in a world that was dominated by the west. Mr. N. R. Narayana Murthy will deliver the Convocation Address and award the scholastic medals.

Second, this year's awardees of scholastic medals have proved woman power at FORE School of Management, New Delhi - a majority of the important awards have been swept away from under male feet by the girls. The top three rank holders at PGDM (19th Batch), and PGDM-International Business Management (4th Batch) is a feminine bastion this year.

Yukti Mittal topped the two year full time PGDM Programme (FMG-19). Mittal was closely followed by Ashima Mathur in second place and Anushree Vij at third place.

The two-year Full Time PGDM-International Business Management Programme (IMG-4) was topped by Hitaishi Gupta. Priyanka Agarwal and Niharika Agarwal followed in second and third position respectively.

The Convocation at FORE School of Management, New Delhi is already on top of everybody's mind. The countdown has begun and the Institute waits to for the legendary founder of Infosys, Mr. N R Narayana Murthy. The toppers this year are especially excited about the prospect of receiving their medals from the great man himself, and are positive that being in close proximity to this icon of corporate India, during the convocation ceremony at FORE School of Management, New Delhi will
motivate them to achieve greater heights!

The convocation ceremony on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 will follow the following schedule:
- Start of Convocation at 4 PM sharp with the Convocation procession entering the Hall
- Lighting of ceremonial lamp by Mr. R. C. Sharma, President, FORE
- Presentation of the activity report for 2011-12 by Dr. Jitendra K. Das, Director, FORE School of Management
- Conferring of Diplomas on the passing out batches
- Awarding of the scholastic medals and deliver the convocation address by the Hon'ble Chief Guest
- The vote of thanks
- The convocation procession leaves the Hall at 5.55 PM.
