The bake begins with a custom-crafted Alder Wood aroma foil pouch and ends with our signature Maine lobster infused butter. Our chef, Margaret Salt McLellan (2008 Maine Lobster Chef of the Year), hand-selected each tasty seafood morsel; 2 Maine lobster tails, 8 oz of mussels, 4 Atlantic crab claws, 4 oz scallops, 4 Jumbo shrimp, and finished with 2 of Maine's finest corn on-the-cobs.

Another additions include our grillable marinated meats; Carne Asada, Adobo Pork, and Chicken Teriyaki; awesome additions to any grill party, and our Cowboy Ribeye steak, 18 oz. of pure beef pleasure and one of the best cuts for the grill. Couple that with our 8-10 oz. Maine lobster tails and you have a surf and turf from heaven.

Along with our new Cowboy Surf and Turf and marinated meats, we still have our classic melt-in-your-mouth filets and succulent 4-6 oz. Maine lobster tails.
