Hisar, NY (prHWY.com) May 22, 2012 - Volkswagen car is the worst one I have ever traveled with since I experienced my worst days with this car. The braking system of the car is crap and the moment you need the brakes to be applied, these do not work and you may cost your life.

Many times I have come across similar incidents. Last month when I was traveling to the capital of India, New Delhi, and the moment I crossed Gurgaon city, my car and a truck bumped into each others and I had to apply brakes all of a sudden but to my shock, it did not work and I had to take a sudden left side curve but I could not help my car from getting stuck to a tree there. Thank God that I was left saved and with only minor scratch in my car. But after this incident, few concerns started shaping in my mind about the quality of the car's parts since it was no longer than 7 months I bought the car.

I approached the VolksWagen Vento workshop in Rohtak and to my surprise, they informed me that the brakes of the car were damaged alonghwith the shockers. Adding further shock to me, they asked for extra money. I resisted since it was only 7 months and my car had traveled only a distance of 8000 kilo meters. They informed me the brakes and other concerned parts are not covered under warranty period. I thought it is done and so paid them. Steering is very Hard like driving a truck The right hand pains while driving and now the pain has reached the neck ans spine. See now i am using my Volkswagen Vento as a Garbage bin. I am about to complete 3000 kms with my Volkswagen Vento. The overall experience worst. The car has problem in brakes plus the dealers and company are not taking responsibility of maintenance.

Again, now I got the similar problem and they are demanding more money for the repairing of the car. I tried contacting Volkswagen officials and customer service but still did not get any reply from them even after contacting them repeatedly. I purchased a new Volkswagen Vento 1 months back and have done 3000 kms. I am facing serious problems driving this car. This is the most horrible vehicle I have driven and the worst decision of my life. Volkswagen Vento Front Left Shock Absorber makes screeching / brushing noise at the slightest of Hump or pot hole. See now i am using my Volkswagen Vento as a Garbage bin.
