Marketing A High-Profit Roofing Contractor Firm "Easy As Pie"
Consultancy firm ATX Global today compares a roofing contractor that focuses its marketing efforts to attract small clients to a business owner who willingly becomes a slave of his own company.

It's actually the other way around. Running a low-profit business is more difficult, stressed Travis Jenkins, founder of ATX Global, a company that helps local businesses maximize their profit margins.
The renegade millionaire and consultant compared a roofing contractor that focuses its marketing efforts to attract small clients to a business owner who willingly becomes a slave of his own company.
"In a low-margin project, you do all the work yourself and you try to please price-sensitive customers who are more likely to come up with excuses not to pay," he said.
Underpaid and Overworked
Jenkins pointed out that with few exceptions, entrepreneurs usually end up working over 60 hours a week just to stay in business - something that he said should not be the case.
If a business isn't creating wealth, then it's a job, he said.
ATX Global added that it was concerned over how many owners fail to see the need to transition to a high-margin project which comes with the "license to print money every month."
Better cash flow, less work, more agreeable customers, and two to five times more income than the average earner are reportedly some of the known advantages sported by companies that take on only mid to high-margin projects.
Still, many cling to old-school roofing contractor marketing advice that pleasing the customer with the price could eliminate competition, lamented the consultancy firm.
Cheap services and low-margin projects as risky for any investor, said Jenkins. That's because small mistakes and hard-to-please clientele can easily shake a "weak business."
Addressing the Hows
To help owners transition to a "better" quality of life and a "more profitable" business, ATX Global currently offers:
* free training videos
* limited-seating webinars
* one-on-one consultation services
* personalized and comprehensive hands-on intervention
* a mentorship program called the Local Experts Coaching Club
Today's expose is the latest addition to the company's training series titled, "Avoid Misconceptions in Contractor Marketing" - a work in progress designed to educate and empower the small-time and ambitious home improvement company owner in creating wealth for himself.
The video is open to the public and can be viewed from YouTube under the Home Improvement Marketer's channel.
Running a profitable business that doesn't need one's attention in a 24/7 basis is much easier than most people think, ATX Global reiterated in its closing press statement.
The marketing firm capitalizes on its founders own story to gain a fan following. Jenkins successfully converted his nearly bankrupt business to multimillionaire status in less than two years.
