Adventurous diners in the Hollywood, California area may have a new restaurant to try on their hands. "Experience the World through Plates" is a restaurant that is tentatively scheduled to open up in the Hollywood area in winter of 2013.

Seattle, WA (prHWY.com) May 30, 2012 - Adventurous diners in the Hollywood, California area may have a new restaurant to try on their hands. "Experience the World through Plates" is a restaurant that is tentatively scheduled to open up in the Hollywood area in winter of 2013.

"People who want to be adventurous with their meals will love the experience we can provide at 'Experience the World through Plates'", explained restaurant owner Michael Treemount. "We want to provide a unique dining experience to local individuals who want to explore the world through food, but are afraid to try it."

'Experience the World through Plates' is a culinary dining experience that allows guests to experience a new culinary food type each month. Each month the restaurant completely changes the décor, chef, and menu to highlight food from one of the world's many regions.

"One month we'll feature Chinese noodle dish", explained Treemount. "The next month we'll highlight unique French cuisine."

In addition to the new menu choices, the restaurant completely redecorates the area to highlight the world's culture that they are eating and experience. Many researchers have suggested people enjoy experiencing new dishes when the entire experience is new and exciting. The new surrounding décor of the restaurant helps guests do just that.

"Dining isn't just about what the food tastes like", explains Treemount. "It is also about what people see, smell, hear, and experience. That is why we completely transform the entire restaurant with décor and music. It allows people to really experience the new dishes."

'Experience the World through Plates' offers two unique dining options for guests. Guests can purchase a one-meal ticket and just try whatever entrée is highlighted for the day, or they can purchase a year-long guest pass.

"The year-long guest pass allows guests to dine at the restaurant 12 times a year", explains Treemount. "We won't repeat a meal or region in 12 months, so guests who go with this option are guaranteed to try all sorts of meals from different places."

The concept for 'Experience the World through Plates' was proposed to a focus group in early spring of 2011. The response was overwhelming, and the plans to move forward with the restaurant are underway.

"The response was shocking", said Treemount. "People really liked the unpredictable nature of the restaurant and the ability to really see the world through culinary dishes. I have huge hopes that this restaurant will be a huge success."
