Career Ladders Inc. has had their GSA scheduled renewed for another 5 year term allowing the small family-owned company to continue the employability training of Chapter 31 disabled veterans (from the Oakland region of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs) thus enabling them to continue attaining federal employment at a remarkable 82% rate.

Job Corps of Sacramento has awarded Career Ladders Inc. a limited contract to train 90 of its successful young graduates. The classes will be given to 10 students at a time and will include a customized version of the company's "Interview Techniques" class. The goal of these classes will be to increase the overall success rate of the Sacramento student employment outcomes.
