Mattamy Homes Wins Award At The Home Builders Association Of Metro Orlando Parade Of Homes With Design By Beasley And Henley Design Of Winter Park.

WINTER PARK, FL (prHWY.com) June 14, 2012 - WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Award-winning design firm Beasley & Henley Interior Design's single-family model for Mattamy Homes took first place in the recent Home Builders Association (HBA) of Metro Orlando Parade of Homes.  The "Captiva" model townhome in Lake Nona Preserve won in the category of Attached Production Homes Priced under $300,000.

Steve Parker, president of Mattamy Homes U.S. Group, said the Orlando division earned the Parade's Grand Award as the top home builder in the Production Homes category.

Beasley & Henley's Captiva model is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath, 1,611 square-feet home priced from $177,990. The Captiva's main appeal to the Parade judges was its open floor plan, with the large kitchen, dining room, gathering room, and foyer on the ground floor and second floor reserved for the three bedrooms.
