Criminal complaint against false allegations aimed at Nirmal Baba

A criminal complaint under section 295A of the IPC against Amitabh Thakur, Dr.Nutan Thakur, Aditya Thakur & Tanaya Thakur has been filed for hurting the religious sentiments of the devotees of Nirmal Baba.

Noida, India (prHWY.com) June 16, 2012 - One criminal complaint under section 295A of the Indian Penal Code against Amitabh Thakur, Dr.Nutan Thakur wife of Amitabh Thakur, Aditya Thakur son of Amitabh Thakur and Tanaya Thakur, daughter of Amitabh Thakur,all residents of 5/426, Vikram Khand , Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (UP) has been filed for hurting the religious sentiments of the devotees of Nirmal Baba. Complaint was filed in the court of Shri Ashu Kumar Jain, Judicial Magistrate First Class Gurgaon.


It has been mentioned in complaint that the aforesaid persons in order to gain free publicity and in order to defame Nirmal Baba used defamatory language and made false allegations. It has also been mentioned therein that all the aforesaid persons conspired with each other and in pursuance of said conspiracy aforesaid Tanaya Thakur had got registered one false FIR bearing no. 202/12 under section 417,419, 420,and 508 under Indian Penal Code in P.S Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, with false, concocted and scandalizing allegations.


It has also been mentioned in the complaint that Amitabh Thakur and Dr Nutan Thakur who wish to join politics, as expressed by them in their Facebook and Twitter accounts, found a great opportunity to come in the limelight by attacking the most famous Spiritual Guide Nirmal Baba, who had a daily viewership of 1.5 crores in early April as per TAM statistics/ reports and has a following of over 3,75,000 on his Facebook page.


It has also been mentioned in the complaint that by the act of said persons religious sentiments of devotees have been hurt. t has also been mentioned in the complaint that the aforesaid persons used derogatory language on New Channels and made false allegations.


After going through the contents of the complaint, the Court has fixed the matter for 3rd July, 2012 for recording complainant`s evidence.
