Celebrities Impersonators Become Servers at an Up and Coming Hollywood Restaurant
What would it be like to be served by a music, TV or movie legend? Not many people can honestly answer that question, but after 'Celebrity Server' opens up in downtown Hollywood people will be able to answer that question easier.

"People always hear about how celebrities started their careers off as servers and such", explained restaurant owner Tori Sanders. "I thought I would use that as inspiration and give people an opportunity to see what it would be like to be served lunch or dinner by the legends."
All servers at the 'Celebrity Server' know how to impersonate some of the most well-known music, TV and movie legends. These servers dress up in full costume and are in character during the entire meal.
"We only hire the best celebrity impersonators to work at the restaurant", said Sanders. "You won't get any old person pretending to be Elvis here. You'll get someone that makes you feel as if Elvis were really alive and serving you dinner."
Every server that is hired goes through extensive training and must attend a specific celebrity impersonator course that teaches them the finer points of their celebrity. The information learned in these sessions will be applied to the serving.
"Where else can you be served a 5-star gourmet meal and then have Elvis serenade you over dessert", said Sanders. "We have a lot of Elvis servers, Marylyn Monroe, Abraham Lincoln, those types."
Guests have one of two
dining options when they come to the 'Celebrity Server'. They can call ahead and request a specific celebrity server, or they can come in and get whichever one is available at the time.
"We ask that guest call ahead if they have a specific celebrity they would like to be served by", said Sanders. "But we also have a lot of unique celebrities on 'standby' just waiting for customers to come up and visit."
'Celebrity Server' keeps on staff the regularly requested celebrities such as Marylyn Monroe, Abraham Lincoln, and Elvis. Other celebrities are available upon request.
"We are considering making a little dinner show to showcase all the celebrities, but we haven't gotten to that point yet", said Sanders. "I think people would like to see a small musical while they are eating especially if it included favorites like Elvis. We plan on debuting the show sometime in December after we have been established for a few months."
