Fish Tank Filled Restaurant Attracts New Clientele

There is a public fascination with fish tanks. There are reality TV shows dedicated to people who install the fish tanks, and entire stores filled with fish tank supplies.

Seattle, WA (prHWY.com) June 19, 2012 - There is a public fascination with fish tanks. There are reality TV shows dedicated to people who install the fish tanks, and entire stores filled with fish tank supplies. A small Hollywood restaurant located right on the boulevard is appealing to the public's fascination with fish tanks and creating an entire restaurant filled with these beautiful creatures.

"People love fish of all types", said restaurant owner Todd Saturday. "We think it would give us a unique twist on the traditional Hollywood restaurant to feature different fish tanks throughout the entire restaurant."

The restaurant features over 300 different fish tanks that range in sizes from tiny fish bowls to an entire wall of tanks. Each table has a unique fish tank seated right into the wall next to the customers. The unique fish tank is what sets each table apart from each other.

"We worked with a local fish tank supplier to create and design each tank", explained Saturday. "We wanted to make sure that no two tanks were alike. Each one had to have its own unique features so customers would want to come back."

Some of the highlights of the restaurant fish tank include a pirate theme, a tank dedicated to past Hollywood celebrities, sports themes, and animal themed. Some of the tanks feature unique designs including a gumball machine, horseshoe, and four-leaf clover.

"We have something for everyone here", said Saturday. "We really want to make it so the customer feels welcome, happy and safe in the restaurant, and we think it does that while highlight some of the best and most beautiful creatures on this planet."

In addition to the restaurant's unique décor, the restaurant features a world renowned chef. All dishes at the restaurant are carefully planned out and feature a regular menu and a special seasonal restaurant.

"One of the unique things that we thought we'd do is feature an entire menu that doesn't include any fish", explained Saturday. "We thought it would be cruel to eat fish in front of fish. We have vegetarian dishes, but nothing with fish in it."

The restaurant is scheduled to be opened to the public within the next two weeks, but reviews have been favorable.

"This restaurant is amazing", said Rodger Narrows, one of the customers who attended the first run through.

"The setup, the décor, the food everything is just wonderful. I will be coming back for sure when it officially opens up. I especially loved the pirate themed tank."
