Wayne, PA, May 24, 2012 - Linda Walters, owner of Sage Realty, one of the only Philadelphia real estate agents to work exclusively with buyers, has been named a 5-Star Realtor by Philadelphia Magazine for a 3rd year in a row. Realtors are chosen based on an independent study conducted by a third party company that surveyed buyers who bought a home between January 2011 and September 2011.

Sage is pleased to be one of the very few Philadelphia real estate agents to earn this title for a 3rd year in a row. Of the 550 Philadelphia real estate agents who received the 5 Star Realtor Award only 200 have received the award 3 years in a row. This is impressive since results are based on responses from a new group of homebuyers each year.
