Toenail Fungus Treatment Stumps Scientists
It's a proven fact that toenail fungus is unpleasant. Not only is it unsightly, but it can spread from toenail to toenail and at its worst, it emits a foul odor that can be smelled regardless what sort of miracle foot powders are used.

A cure, however, has been found. John Michaels, from the Louisiana State University, has tripped over a remarkably simple cure. Michaels, who suffers from discomforting toenail fungus, explained how he stumbled onto the cure. "One day I came home from class, and my roommate had left a bottle of orange juice on the floor. It was kind of dark in the living room, and I kicked the bottle over by accident, bathing my foot in the OJ." He went on to explain how he thought nothing of it until in the shower the next day when he noticed that his fungus had nearly cleared up.
A bio-chemistry major, Michaels was intrigued. He recounted his actions and realized that it must have been the spilled orange juice. After much testing he released his findings to the scientific community, explaining that it was a specific PH balance found in orange juice from a frozen concentrate that had the unique acidic components, and huge dose of topical vitamin C, that worked in tandem as an effective toenail fungus treatment.
When asked, Dr. Julius Naranja, of Yale Medical Department, advises against randomly pouring orange juice over one's toenail fungi. "It is simply uncanny, if it truly works," he claimed. "I advise, however, waiting until the FDA clears the topical application of orange juice, in whatever form, to the epidermis with the aim of clearing up fungal infections."
Orange juice sales have since reason. It is unclear if the reason for the sales increase is because people enjoy drinking the juice of if it is linked to this discovery.
"I would hate to think that people were purchasing it to cure toenail fungus" said Naranja. "But we will never know for sure what the real reason is for the increase in sales. I guess it will just be another mystery that will never be solved and we should just move on."
