It has been observed that there are many dodgy immigration mediators, who delude the visa applicants and are actively involved in frauds in the immigration procedure. A mutual press conference has been called upon by the officials of these three countries to communicate that no immigration and visa frauds have been tolerated now.

This is the first instance when bureaucrats of Australia, United Kingdom and Canada have expressed grief concern regarding fraudulent visa applications filed by the immigrants. However, it is clear in their minds that deceitful agents are involved in such activities. The officials have to convey that it's a quite severe problem for these countries, but now they have come together to tackle the issue effectively with strong plan of action.

"It's now our major aim to communicate the visa applicants across the globe about the presence of devious immigrant agents, who guarantee Canada study visas or immigration", said by Sidney Frank, the Canada's Area Director for Immigration in South Asia.

Thomas Greig, the UK's South Asia Regional director told in press conference that they have effectual measures to share facts and intelligence to verify the fraud activities carried on by the crooked immigration agents. According to him, if any applicant is found submitting wrong language and educational documents or certificates, the immigration department of UK will straight away refuse the Visa to UK and a ten years ban on travelling to UK will be put on the applicant.

Australian Regional director of Department of Immigration and Citizenship, South Asia, Jose Alvarez, warned the applicants to stay away from the unscrupulous agents. "Giving ambiguous information and incorrect documents for immigration may result in relentless penalty to both agent and the applicant", he said. Alvarez also conveyed that Canada, UK and especially Australia are very vigilant while examining the visa applications filed on the basis of marriage. In recent years, several cases of collusion marriage had been noticed.

Alvarez and officials from Canada and UK also communicated that mediators are not at all required to file an immigration application as the process is quite simple. But if in any case applicant find it a daunting task, he can anytime ask for assistance over email or letter from the concerned officials.

The representatives of the three countries divulged that these mediators work with sharp wits. Most of them have professional websites that have complete resemblance to the formal immigration websites of distinct nations.

Sidney Frank also put forward the concern of innocent unemployed people who get trapped by these agents by lucrative job offers that do not even exist. He recommended that applicants should be alert and not to get deceived by these fraud mediators. Job offers that seem too alluring, then there must be something fishy, he cautioned. If found deceptive, the entire investment on the immigration will be gone astray and moreover the claimant would face a refutation for at least 10 years to enter Canada.
