1st No Kill Maricopa County Open House/Fundraiser Set for July 18
Find out what YOU can do to reform Maricopa County's broken animal shelter system at the 1st No Kill Maricopa County Open House/Fundraiser, sponsored by No Kill Maricopa County on July 18, 2012 at the Paradise Valley Community Center in Phoenix.

This event will feature puppy kissing booths, puppies for adoption, as well as local author AJ Meadows who will be signing her book, "Hurricane Katrina Animal Rescue - A Story Buried Deep" and raffle prizes (pre-registered attendees who bring an adult guest will receive a free raffle ticket). In addition, No Kill Maricopa County board members will be on hand to answer questions about the group, shelter reform, and how our entire community can help save 90% or more of the dogs and cats that enter MCACC (the pound), as opposed to the current +/-50% (approximately 20,000 cats and dogs were killed last year at MCACC).
