Hinckley & Rugby Find 97% of PPI Claims Bogus

Hinckley & Rugby building societies are receiving several PPI related complaints but they have revealed that about 97% of such complaints are false.

London, United Kingdom (prHWY.com) July 11, 2012 - Hinckley & Rugby building societies are receiving several PPI related complaints but they have revealed that about 97% of such complaints are false made by such people who are not the member of building societies. Chief Executive of the organization Chris white has told that we believe on the claim management firms and consumers and want to help people having Mis Sold PPI. But third party claim management companies and consumers are just trying their luck to receive big amount as compensation. Executive has also said that they have received more than 32 PPI claim complaints in just last three months. But only one of these 32 complaints was from a legitimate consumer of building society. It was from a customer have MPPI (mortgage payment protection insurance).

Other people are just trying their luck to find compensation. Some are organizing the claim process of their own at the other hand some others are taking help of claim management firms. It is happening because people are hoping of getting some compensation amount from the banks or building societies that are proving compensation without investigating the case.

Building societies has also told that it didn't have any complaints and society had not any compensation to pay the consumers related to PPI plans. There were only two complaints that goes to financial ombudsman services, neither of these plans upheld to building societies.

Executive has also told that problems are associated with the bogus complaints. It is the duty of building societies to investigate all complaints within the guidelines of financial ombudsman services. But fake PPI complaints are just a burden on time, staff resource and cost. At present there is campaign against claim management firm and such firms have to pay £500 that comes to the organization without merit.
