Hydrogen Peroxide Solution: take same amount of hydrogen peroxide and water, then mix it properly. With help of a cotton swab repeatedly apply the mixture onto the canker sores with light hand. Be sure not to allow mixture to cross your throat. it will reduce the quantity of bacteria in the mouth.

Saltwater Solution and Sodium Bicarbonate: take one glass warm water and mix one teaspoon salt in it. Half teaspoon baking soda can be added to this solution. Swing this solution in your mouth for few seconds, then split it out. Now prepare a paste by adding baking soda with small amount of water until a proper thick mixture occur. apply this paste onto the canker sores, which will reduce pain. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times in a day.
If anyone having so many canker sore at a time they should visit near by doctor. Your doctor may give you Mouth rinses containing the steroid dexamethasone to reduce pain. doctor may give you Nutritional supplements in case you are lacking some important nutrients, such as iron, folic acid, vitamin B-6, B-12, zinc etc...
