Linda was encouraged to write about her experience with the mediation process and how it can be effective in resolving conflicts without costly litigation. Linda is not only the broker of record of Sage Realty but also an attorney. She was trained as a real estate attorney and brings all those skills and experience to the table. The article encourages people to use the mediation process and explains how it benefits those who use it--to avoid costly litigation by reaching a bi-lateral agreement.
