CONDITION MONITORING SERVICES NOW OFFERS PENTALOGIK FOR REMOTE EQUIPMENT CONDITION MONITORING
CMS now offers the Pentalogik remote online condition monitoring program, especially useful for deep submersible motors and pumps. The MCC box is utilized to compare current and voltage values, which provides data on equipment health.

This system is especially useful for monitoring deep-well submersible motors and pumps, because no accelerometers need to be attached to the actual unit itself. Sensors are instead installed on the MCC panel and utilize current and voltage measurements to determine rotating equipment condition.
Real-time data is available online at all times, which enables plant personnel to eliminate unexpected equipment outages by identifying potential defects in their early stages.
CMS is one of a kind in that it can provide a combination of services while on-site to reduce overall maintenance costs. The Pentalogik system can be a supplement to any of our other services, such as accelerometer-based vibration analysis, infrared analysis, used oil analysis, and laser alignment.
Clients can choose whether or not to maintain their condition monitoring program in house or have CMS field technicians collect and analyze the data off-site.
CMS support staff is able to instruct personnel on proper data collection techniques and analysis for those aiming to keep their programs in-house.
