1: ConnectBot

you can use this open source client to remotely connect that is if you know how to use Linux, the cornerstone for all this android development, and now it's base as you would know. No need to get on the desktop or boot up your laptop. You can be the admin, maintain, or troubleshoot tasks via the main command line. It now also supports local connections as well making it easier to do all that with your Android device.

You can use this FTP/SFTP/FTPS client to download and also upload files to perform almost every administrative tasks from your Android device. It also features a cool resume support plus you can also do renaming, deleting, updating permissions, and running custom commands.
