The Corporate Learning Institute, based in Wheaton, Illinois, is proud to offer the Horse Sense for Organizations Workshop Seriesfor leaders, teams, and individual contributors to apply the lessons of Monty's life work with horses to increase their skills and understand how to effectively lead others. This series includes four workshops, including "A Night of Inspiration", "Optimizing Your Organizational Performance", "Horse Sense for Leaders", and "Horse Sense Team Building Workshop". The workshops will utilize the same concepts Monty uses to form trust between human leaders and horses to form trust between organizational teams. Several eBooks developed by Dr. Susan Cain and Debbie Roberts-Loucks will guide participants through the workshops.
