Robert Bhat took the position with Wells Fargo after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Currently, Robert Bhat is a Loan Originations Associate with Wells Fargo Capital Finance Public Company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Bhat took on the position in Fort Lauderdale after almost five years of work with Wells Fargo in Virginia and San Francisco.

"I've learned a lot of valuable lessons, and seen many examples of what you should do and what you shouldn't do in certain situations. I think it will be fun to share that information with others," Bhat made in a statement regarding robertbhat.blogspot.com.

Before he became a Loan Originations Associate, Robert Bhat was a Relationship Manager with Wells Fargo Bank Public Company. His role as a Relationship Manager was a particularly formative time for him. Sourcing, underwriting, and originating loans for the commercial real estate industry was an eye-opening experience. And, with loans ranging from anywhere between $4 and $30 million, Bhat was exposed to some high-profile clients.

"While I realize that few people will ever take out loans of that magnitude," says Robert Bhat, "there are a lot of lessons that I learned in working with those loans that can be applied to smaller, business, and personal loans. There are stories that I feel I need to share."

Working in the financial industry, Bhat is bound by many confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, which will - needless to say - be fully honored.
