FHA Loans Used for New Martian Home

There aren't many people that tout their business for the world to know but that is what Kathleen Bannocotti is doing. She has embarked on a local campaign to let everyone know there are resources available to help people become homeowners.

Seattle, WA (prHWY.com) August 13, 2012 - There aren't many people that tout their business for the world to know but that is what Kathleen Bannocotti is doing. She has embarked on a local campaign to let everyone know there are resources available to help people become homeowners. Even Martians.

Ms. Bannocotti has been seen all over her local town and neighboring towns, holding a sign that reads, "FHA loans are for everyone. Even us Martians!" There are some that take the time to talk to her, others walk away puzzled at what she is making a fuss about. "Well I haven't met any Martians in my neighborhood and I don't think I'd be too quick to fess up to knowing any either." Jim Horesy said as he laughed and walked to his red pickup truck.

Although Ms. Bannocotti refuses all media interviews, her sassy campaign has been noted by many. This is a young lady that has dreamed of being a homeowner, since the day she landed in this country. She has told her neighbors that she has been a resident of Earth for the past 3 years and she has worked hard to understand the different ways that Earthlings live. Ms. Bannocotti says that she is proud to have used the limited knowledge she has of Earth to adjust and become a homeowner like so many other people she has admired.

After hearing about her mission to educate people of the resources available, a lot of her neighbors smile gently. "She's a real sweet kid. She moved in during the dead of night which I just didn't understand. She appears to be real friendly and genuine. I ain't seen anything out of sorts either." 69 year old Ethel Meyer says.

There are other neighbors that aren't so happy she has moved into the neighborhood. Some neighbors have reported strange noises and sightings coming from her home. "I went over there to welcome her to the neighborhood one afternoon and as I got to the door, I heard this strange talk going on. It was something I never heard before. That kind of spooked me so I went to put the basket of goodies down and I saw this eerie orange glow coming from under the door. So I just left the basket and ran home. I don't like the thought of a Martian living so close to me though." one young lady said. She has requested to remain nameless.

No matter if there are strange languages being used in the home or not, Kathleen Bannocotti is proud to be a homeowner and wants everyone to become one. She is proud of her new Martian home.
