Why Snooker Is One Of The Most Challenging, Enjoyable, And Popular Games Nowadays
Snooker is one of the games that is most absolutely based on skill and preciseness. Playing possibilities can be found locally, at home and on other public places.

Snooker History:
The game was born in the United Kingdom, and mostly played in England and Scotland until a few years ago. Since championships and tournaments have been televised, this sport has gained a great reputation all over the world. The reality that Snooker is closely related to Billiard but not exactly the same, makes it clear and understandable that many billiard gurus also seek the action of the related type.
So what is the purpose or goal of this brilliant indoor sport? Winning frames, building nice breaks, and beating your opponent. The person who scores the most points like in most other games, wins a match. There are a total of 7 different color balls on the table. Most of them are red, and the other 6 are black, pink, blue, brown, green and yellow. The definite sense of Snooker is to play one red ball into a pocket and any color (from the 6 available) after each red ball. This is the way how you build points. All red balls count for 1, while the other counts as followed: Black 7 points, pink 6 points, blue 5 points, brown 4 points, green 3 points and yellow 2 points.
The outcomes of each snooker match doesn´t depend on luck or any other sudden factors. It is rather the fabrication of correct strategic placement of the cue ball, building solid scores, making it difficult for the opponent to know a red ball, being disciplined, thinking many balls in advance etc. Generally, snooker tables are longer and wider than billiard tables, besides, the corner and middle pockets are smaller so are the balls. This makes knocking any ball in a pocket extremely difficult, but not impossible. This is the point where the skill comes in through the window. An experienced player, a pro, or continues gamer will have a clear competitive advantage over a complete newbie or even somebody who knows about billiard but misses the practical experience.
Requirements for playing snooker:
For playing the game a person needs a table, a ball, a cue, good lightening, a big room and if possible an opponent. Many pool halls already offer snooker tables in sufficient quantity. It is also possible to purchase a table and start playing it at home.
