Santa Ana, California, August 21, 2012 - Enterprise, an Orange County property management company is recognizing local soldiers with its first annual "Soldier Appreciation Week." During this weeklong celebration that will start on Saturday September 1st and continue through Friday September 7th, any active duty soldier that applies to be a tenant at one of the many southern California properties managed by Enterprise will not be charged a tenant application processing fee.

Enterprise is located in Santa Ana, California and is surrounded by numerous military bases. They are a long time provider of Orange County property management services and oversee almost 500 different properties throughout the southern California area. Over the years Enterprise has wanted to do something to show their support for the local service men and women. This year they decided to act.

Enterprise came up with the idea of waiving tenant application processing fees for active duty soldiers after hearing about the financial strain that soldiers, just like almost all Californians, are experiencing. Enterprise believes that waiving the application processing fees will be a nice way to show local service men and women that their sacrifices are appreciated.

A spokesperson for the Orange County property management company acknowledges that the screening fee, which is normally $43.00, is not a relatively large amount. However, Enterprise hopes that the gesture itself will be accepted as a small "thank you" by local soldiers.

In addition to waiving application screening fees during "Soldier Appreciation Week," Enterprise is providing service men and women free assistance with identifying local affordable housing. Mr. Jones, who is a leasing agent for Enterprise as well as a former Marine, says he is excited about assisting local soldiers with their rental search.

Although Enterprise has been a fixture in the Orange County property management market for almost 50 year, this is the first time they have reached out to local soldiers. Long regarded as an Orange County property management specialist, Enterprise wants to ensure the men and women who lay their life on the line everyday to protect this country and its freedoms see their sacrifices have not been forgotten.
