UCP of Central Florida Awarded The John Ritter Legacy Award by UCPA
"UCP of Central Florida is honored to receive the Ritter Legacy Award," said Ryan Dumas, Director of Marketing and Communications at UCP of Central Florida.

Named after actor John Ritter, the award recognizes a UCP affiliate who has produced exemplary communications through a variety of media that increase public awareness about people with disabilities, the programs of the affiliate, and the brand through the use of the logo, colors, and messaging.
Ritter was a supporter of UCP and an ambassador for people with disabilities. His brother Tom has cerebral palsy. Together they have helped bring awareness to the successes that people with disabilities can achieve. It's because of Ritter's passion and efforts that UCP renamed the award after him upon his passing.
"UCP of Central Florida is honored to receive the Ritter Legacy Award," said Ryan Dumas, Director of Marketing and Communications at UCP of Central Florida. "The award is an example of our commitment to sharing the many success stories of our students and their families within our community."
UCP of Central Florida was judged on the production, quality, and results of its monthly e-Newsletter and its video from the annual "Faces Behind the Miracles Fundraising Breakfast."
