New Owner of King Pin Lanes Bowling Alley Announced: Robert Bhat

Robert Bhat is proud to announce that he has acquired ownership of King Pin Lanes Bowling Alley in Midlothian, Virginia.

Fort Lauderdale, FL (prHWY.com) August 31, 2012 - Robert Bhat is proud to announce that he has acquired ownership of King Pin Lanes Bowling Alley in Midlothian, Virginia. Bhat is a native to Midlothian and has spent the majority of his life in Virginia. He attended Blessed Sacrament Huguenot High School in Midlothian and later attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.

For Robert Bhat - now a successful financial services professional - owning King Pin Lanes Bowling Alley wasn't just a smart investment, but also a way to stay connected to Midlothian. "Midlothian is a great place," says Bhat, "and I wanted to do something to remain in-touch with the community."

Robert Bhat didn't know that he wouldn't always live in Virginia when he purchased King Pin Lanes Bowling Alley. In November of 2011, Bhat took a new position with his employer, Wells Fargo, which required him to move to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In his new capacity as a Loan Originations Associate, Bhat's time is largely consumed by providing loans as high as $35 million to middle-market companies that struggle to obtain loans through conventional bank financing.

"I find my new work with Wells Fargo to be quite rewarding," says Bhat, "even if it means I have less time to spend working on King Pin." However, even though Robert Bhat spends most of his time working in the finance industry in Florida, he still makes sure to be actively involved with King Pin Lanes.

"I don't want to be a business owner that's detached. It's not a good practice relationally, and it doesn't translate well, financially," says Bhat. "King Pin Lanes isn't just an investment; it's also about the community. I stay involved, and I plan to keep it that way."

As Robert Bhat continues to develop his career with Wells Fargo, he enjoys being the new owner of King Pin Lanes Bowling Alley on the side. "It keeps me on my toes! Managing from hundreds of miles away can be a challenge, but it's quite rewarding," he comments.
