USA, CA (prHWY.com) September 1, 2012 - Tapping into his experience working with school districts on regulations and bond issues, Paul Bunton, AIA, president of BCA Architects spoke as a panel member at the 11th Annual CALSA Summer Institute on a "When is it as Bad to Give as it is to Receive? Form 700 Reporting Responsibilities and Issues for Public Officials" In addition to helping the workshop participants understand Form 700 reporting responsibilities, Mr. Paul Bunton shared his experience in how to develop business in times of increasing scrutiny of public officials, as well as sharing lessons learned from personal experiences.

The event happened on July 18-20 at the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose. CALSA consists of a cross-section of educational leaders committed to addressing the needs of Latino students and increasing the number of highly effective Latino school administrators in California.
This year's theme "A Collective Call to Action: Reinventing Educational Paradigms" emphasized various tools and valuable information superintendents and school administrators need to effectively navigate a changing public education landscape.
