Joe Vencuis Announces Completion of 1,000th Sale
For the past several years, Joe Vencuis has worked in the real estate market in the Montgomery, Alabama area.
"I am not the sort to keep track of these sorts of statistics," he says. "I prefer to keep my head down and just work as hard as I can every day without bragging about it. But, there are some people in my office who do track these numbers, and they brought it to my attention a few weeks ago. I was pretty shocked, but pleased!"
As he worked toward the milestone, Joe Vencuis met with Sarah and Harvey Faddis. The couple is expecting their first child, and they wanted to find the perfect home in which to raise a new baby. According to the couple, Joe Vencuis was incredibly easy to work with, and the sale progressed quickly.
"We found what we wanted almost immediately," says Harvey Faddis. "And Joe was so quick with the paperwork and handling all the details that we were closing before we knew it. We are incredibly pleased to be his 1,000th sale, too. It's quite an accomplishment!"
Joe Vencuis plans to celebrate his sale with a quiet dinner with friends. Then, he plans to come back to work the next day to complete sale 1,001.
"I'm trying not to let the number go to my head too much," says Joe Vencuis. "I really need to be consistently focused on the next big sale and the next client that walks through the door, so I can't get fixated on things that have happened in the past. I need to keep looking forward to the future, helping each client the best way that I can."
In addition to his work in real estate, Joe Vencuis also works on Web design, and he is currently at work on designing a new line of men's athletic shoes.
