Las Vegas, AZ (prHWY.com) March 7, 2011 - In July of 2010, the Arizona legislature passed what we believe to be a very innovative, adaptive and forward thinking financing mechanism called the Revitalization District ("RD"). Despite the name, RDs are not required to be used in redevelopment areas; they may be used in greenfield, brownfield, infill, or suburban locations in Maricopa County for commercial, residential, industrial and/or mixed use projects.

The RD is powerful financing tool which may allow viable projects to obtain the necessary financing they require to move forward and create a positive economic and fiscal impact upon jurisdictions in Maricopa County.
