The indoor area has a large open kitchen with a chef's table in the centre with interactive grill stations. The terrace has a large water body, gazebos and a performance area.

The Indian Grill Room follows a 'set menu' concept where in the guest pays a fixed price for a meal that includes 12 varieties of Indian grills served on the table. For the main course there is an elaborate island buffet with interactive stations which off curries, lentils, meats with sprinkling of regional specialties. An assortment of bread, a choice of desserts and a post dinner warm beverage. The menu changes every month.

The Indian Grill Room has two bars. The indoor bar is luxurious and has intimate seating for 20 people while the outdoor is the bar attached to the Terrace at IGR. The bars at the restaurant will offer a large variety of spirits and cocktails with a focus on whiskeys the restaurant bar offers over 37 labels of whiskeys.
