London, United Kingdom (prHWY.com) September 19, 2012 - Real estate values in and around the London have always been high, but a new study suggests things may get even more heated in the next decade.New forecasts suggest that demand for London property will continue to outstrip supply over the next decade but some developers may need to recalibrate their prospect when it comes to top bracket sales.

The statistics suggest that in the wider London market, an average of around 24,000 units per year could be built over the next ten years, but there will be extra demand for extra 37,000 homes per year. The shortfall in central London is even more marked, especially when the demand for second homes is taken into account. With values rolling across the Capital, it has been attractive for developers put upward pressure on prices.

The problem comes when this strategy is being applied to sites with minorfeatures. This leads to unrealistic pricing, and to inappropriate buildings being brought forward for development. Developers should temper their prospect according to the nature and location of each site. The biggest shift may requirebeing in the current state of mind that they have to to build, in every part of London, bigger units to maximize pound per square feet values. Every aspect is putting forward a positive market of the London even in the future decades.Experts say that London is the city in which the real estate market values will never decrease in the near future at least.
