Random Game Show Featuring Doors in Mesa Appears in City Center
People around the Mesa, Arizona area may have noticed a random sight in the city's town square. It appears as if over the past week a small group of individuals would set up a small 'pick a door' game in the city town square.

"I was doing my weekly shopping when I noticed a group of people gathered around these three randomly set doors in the area", said Sally Price. "I walked over to see what was going on and noticed these people were hosting one of those old style pick a door game."
The small group of individuals set up three doors that had their backs blocked by a covered screen. The people in charge of the show were dressed up in bright, eye-catching costumes almost like they were running a game show. They would invite casual shoppers to stop by and pick a door. Once a door was picked a prize was revealed.
"The people were giving out random prizes", said Price. "Some of the prizes included gift certificates to the local shops; some of them were entries into a giveaway, and some were like duds with no prizes."
The individuals who were hosting this game show weren't affiliated with any of the shops in the area. They had no signs or advertising. In fact, when people asked why they were there they said they were just doing it for the fun of it.
Some of the customers were concerned that there could be some type of scam going on with this style of game show. They promptly called the police who arrived on the scene.
"There appears to be nothing wrong with what the people are doing", said one of the police officers who responded to the public's calls for help. "The group of individuals had a public permit for the space, they weren't disturbing anyone and it looked like they were just having fun."
A local newspaper was able to catch up with the group of oddly dressed game show hosts. One of the major questions that was on everyone's mind was finally asked
'why would you host this type of show?' The answer was rather surprising.
"We came across a bunch of access wooden doors in Mesa", said one of the game show hosts. "We thought we'd spread a little good will and cheer across the city and host a game like this in the city center. It worked out because people told us that we brightened up their day by doing this."
