Seattle, WA (prHWY.com) September 26, 2012 - People who enjoy indulging on the best and freshest tasting fish will enjoy a new cruise that was announced through Delightful Treasures Cruises. This unique cruise combines people's love of consuming fresh fish meals with the chance of a lifetime to visit the Antarctic region.

"Not many people get to enjoy the fresh tasting fish that can be found in the Antarctic region", said Jean Highland, marketing director for the new Antarctica cruise. "Fishers are unable to catch the fish and bring them back to stores because they just don't taste the same. The Antarctic fish need to be consumed within five to eight hours of catching the fish."

The Antarctica cruise allows people to enjoy themselves on what would otherwise be a normal cruise. There will be tons of entertainment, activities and events held on the cruise ship, but the main attraction will be the ability to allow all members of the cruise to catch their own fish.

"We encourage every cruise member to catch their own fish to enhance the experience", said Highland. "However, we do have people who will catch it for you. The whole idea of the trip is to be able to taste this lovely tasting fish for the first time."

The fish is so rare that the cruise had to spend months searching for a chef that would be trained in cooking and highlight such a flavorful, yet rare fish. One of the highlights of the cruise is the ability to enjoy flavorful dishes that can only be enjoyed on this Antarctica cruise.

"We spent months searching for a world renowned chef who could create flavorful dishes that showcased this rare fish", said Highland. "We finally found a very talented chef who can make several dishes with this rare fish. It really is something that has to be experienced firsthand to be explained."

The first run of the cruise has practically sold out. The cruise line was able to sell over 500 tickets to individuals who wanted to experience this rare and exciting cruise. The cruise was so successful the first time that the cruise line announced a second trip for next year.

"We decided to use this unique cruise as our yearly vacation", said Jimmy Hart. "We like to try things that are rare and unique and thought this was our chance. Not only do we get to experience the Antarctic region but we get to be one of the few people who gets to consume this rare fish. What more can we ask for?"
