Athlete Heather Williams to Race in Rome, Georgia in October

Race car driver Heather Williams is set to race with her 2012 car at the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at the Rome International Speedway in Rome, Georgia on October 7.

Rome, GA (prHWY.com) September 28, 2012 - Rome, Georgia (September 3, 2012) - Race car driver Heather Williams is set to race with her 2012 car at the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series at the Rome International Speedway in Rome, Georgia on October 7. This is one of several competitions that Williams is participating in throughout the fall, including events such as motocross races, triathlons, martial arts competitions, and more.

Williams first unveiled her car in July and has been racing with it for the 2012 season. She recently competed at the Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, Georgia on August 4. Some of her sponsors included MCD Supply, Floyd Upgrades, Sennheiser USA, Labor Finders, AB Crimson Knights Online Marketing, and WaveCrest Offshore Solutions. Other sponsors participated as part of her Pit Crew.

Besides racing cars, her schedule includes runs on October 6 and 13, a duathlon on October 27, half marathon events on November 10 and 22, and the Yearend Nationals martial arts tournament in Atlanta, Georgia on November 30.

Aside from her interest in sports, Heather Williams keeps herself busy with her rock band, her work as a realtor and owner of a contracting company. She also participates in target shooting and wakeboarding events. She was also cast in the VH1 reality series Rock N' Roll Fantasy Camp.

Her Youtube show titled Heather TV shows how Heather Williams became what she is today. Premiering in September 2012, the show will feature her various interests, her career, and her personal life. It will also show how she coped and survived after suffering a myriad of injuries.
