Sanjeev Majoo took up and earned the position of Sourcing Manager when he worked at Merck & Co., Inc. Sanjeev Majoo had worked at Merck & Co., Inc. since 1997 as a scientist and engineer but in 2003 he started his position as Sourcing Manager and continued that position until 2005. In 2005, Sanjeev Majoo was promoted to Associate Director.

During his time as Sourcing Manager and onward while he worked at Merck & Co., Inc, he was responsible not only for managing multimillion dollar business projects but also developing and implementing businesses models. While working at Merck & Co. Inc, he earned his Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Global Business from New York University Stern School of Business.

Sanjeev Majoo worked one year between 2005-2006 as Merck & Co., Inc's Associate Director of Strategic Sourcing before he took up a new position as Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Amgen, Inc where he was once again responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies and businesses models. However, Sanjeev Majoo's responsibilities also required him to make changes based upon the businesses outlook. After one year as senior manager, Sanjeev Majoo was promoted to Director of Global Strategic Sourcing at Amgen, Inc in 2008. He continued working as Director of Global Strategic Sourcing until 2011. Starting January 2012, Sanjeev Majoo was asked to take on broader responsibility as Interim Executive Director of Global Strategic Sourcing. As Interim Executive Director, Sanjeev Majoo continues to manage others as well as work on important business matters.
