Seeley decided that he would take the same themes and principals that he believes in and emphasizes in his intervention company, Intervention 911, and translate them into post-treatment transitional living, and Ken Seeley Communities was born.

KSC properties are transitional living settings, more commonly known as sober living homes. Seeley purchased and renovated two boutique properties in Palm Springs, Calif., and converted them to sober living hotels. Sober living itself is not a new concept, but having one organization be able to place you in treatment and then help you continue in your recovery is not commonly found. Usually, interventionists do not have much interaction with an addict after they arrive at a treatment center.
