Increased Pell Grant aide to improve higher education opportunities

New York City, NY ( June 12, 2010 - In the recent Health Care Bill signed by President Barrack Obama on 23rd March 2010, the Pell Grant program got a boost of US$36 billion. This will help to improve the educational opportunities for middle and lower income group American students.
