Tempsens an ISO 9001:2008 company offers Master Sensors that are used with an accurate temperature source to evaluate the performance of the process and for testing process. Tempsens provide Master Sensors for both Thermocouple & RTD.
RTD Master Sensors are having accuracy upto 1/10, 1/5, 1/3, 1/2 Din, Class A are available with sheath material SS316 and Inconel.
Thermocouple Master Sensors are available for K, N, R, S type thermocouple with sheath material inconel & Ceramic having accuracy upto special, class 1.
Cold Junction Probes are available for J, K, E, N, R, S, B type thermocouple. Dual Probe is also possible in one Housing.

Tempsens Thermocouples are available as Base Metal Thermocouples (Type J, K, T, E, N), Noble Metal Thermocouples (Type R, S, B) and Special Thermocouples such as Squzeed Thermocouple, Trilevel Thermocouple, Coated Thermocouple, Thermocouples with Thermowells. These Thermocouples are in temperature range -200°C to 1600°C with Simplex/Duplex/Multipoint configuration and protection sheath of SS316, inconel, ceramic, silicon carbide etc. depending on the application.
Tempsens RTDs are available in temperature range 0°C to 200°C having accuracy upto class A, B, 1/2,1/10 ,1/5 Din and in 2, 3, 4 wire connection with outer protection sheath of SS304, SS316,SS310 & inner protection sheath of SS316.
Special RTDs such as Slide shoe RTD, RTD with Thermowells, Vibration proof RTD for DG sets, Bearing & Winding Temperature RTDs are also available.
